No one was anticipating Shakespeare, however there’s less weight here than in an Archie comic magazine. Cast includes Kelly Clarkson, Justin Guarini, Katherine Bailess, Anika Noni Rose, Greg Siff, Brian Dietzen, and Jason Yribar. (81 minutes, 2003)
Old School: Three friend now in their thirties long for the good old days. They want to go back to their college days. They decide to start an off campus frat house, and live out their college days again.
Night of the Demons: On Halloween day, wouldn’t you know it some common adolescents pick the wrong acquired mortuary to reception in. Everything in reference to this amateurish film is unnecessary, containing the film itself. Excellent makeup, albeit particularly the prosthetics on Quigley. Cast includes Cathy Podewell, Alvin Alexis, William Gallo, Mimi Kinkade, Linnea Quigley, and Spear Fenton. (89 minutes, 1987)
Pack Up Your Troubles: Daffy two-some are outlined throughout WW1 after some Army shenanigans they try to pinpoint family members of late friends? baby girl. This is a fun movie. Cast includes George Marshall, Stan Laurel, Oliver Hardy, Mary Carr, Grady Sutton, and Billy Gilbert. (68 minutes, 1932)
Hired-To-Kill: A Mercenary poses as a gay clothes maker to spring insurgent leader “Ferrer” from Latin American jail. His commando squad with six attractive ladies posing as style models is impressive. Well generated, although awesomely stupid. Cast includes Nico Mastorakis, Peter Rader. Brian Thompson, Oliver Reed, George Kennedy, Jose Ferrer, Michelle Moffett, Barbara Lee Alexander, Jordana Capra, Kendall Conrad, Kim Lonsdale, Jude Mussetter, and Penelope Reed. (91 minutes, 1990)
Black Fury: Hard hitting melodrama in reference to exploitation of coal miners, with Muni as a strong “hunk” who gets in over his head. Practical, and remarkably filmed, but it?s a tad choppy. Muni’s accent makes it hard to comprehend him at times. Cast includes Paul Muni, Karen Morley, William Gargan, Barton MacLaue, John Qualen, J. Carrol Naish, and Vince Barnett. (92 minutes, 1935)
China Nine Liberty 37: This is a mystifying Western in which railroad tycoons spare a gentleman from gallows in trade for killing another gunfighter. The gunfighter’s girl falls for the killer and helps do his evil work. Title refers to the signpost giving distance to 2 close-by towns. Cast includes Warren Oates, Fabio Testi, Jenny Agutter, and Sam Peckinpah. (102 minutes, 1978)
Swordfish: Gabriel Shear, Swordfish, knows where there is a lot of money. The problem is that it is in cyberspace. To steal it, he kidnaps former super hacker Stanley Jobson. He then pressures Stanley to comply, or suffer consequences.
